"My Father was looked after in one of the bungalows at Quarry Mount for 4 1/2 years. I cannot imagine any other nursing home being more flexible and understanding of his needs, as he had no signs of dementia and wanted to be as independent as possible.
The home accommodated his wishes as best they could and made sure we were in agreement with his freedom to visit his local club or go out with friends. Not all care homes would be so tolerant.
Gradually, he became less mobile and was looked after superbly with kindness and understanding throughout his various periods of ill health. He passed away in November 2016."
