Mum first went in for a weekends respite and we were relieved that when the time came for fulltime care, just a few weeks later Quarry Mount could accommodate her. 

The staff are so understanding and show great care and compassion, not just for Mum but for all of us (Dad included).

My mum is really happy and settled, staff are fantastic and is really looked after and cared for. The activities are brilliant and keep them entertained and mobile. The food is of good quality as well.

Quarry Mount is a superb home. The staff are very professional and extremely caring. The love the staff give to their job exceeded my expectations and the level of care is outstanding.

As a family, we can not thank Quarry Mount enough for everything they have done to help my mother settle in and now after a few months, my mother is the happiest and healthiest she has been for a very long time. 

I would always highly recommend Quarry Mount, it is a beautiful place. Everyone is made to feel at home, with hearty, home-cooked dinners in a very clean environment. Thank you to all the staff at Quarry Mount you are all brilliant and we appreciate everything you do.

The staff are always friendly and helpful and have a genuine interest in the welfare of the residents, which is backed up by a high standard of care and cleanliness.

A home from home for my mother. Friendly staff; kind, considerate and hardworking. A chaplain visits which is essential to my mother's culture and upbringing - a great comfort to her and myself.

Confident that she was respected, looked after and a great sense of fun running throughout the home.

My Father was looked after in one of the bungalows at Quarry Mount for 4 1/2 years. I cannot imagine any other nursing home being more flexible and understanding of his needs as he had no signs of dementia and wanted to be as independent as possible.

The home accommodated his wishes as best they could and made sure we were in agreement with his freedom to visit his local club or go out with friends. Not all care homes would be so tolerant.

Gradually he became less mobile and was looked after superbly with kindness and understanding throughout his various periods of ill health. He passed away in November 2016.

It was really lovely to know that our Mam/Granma & Mam- in-law had a wonderful Christmas. Since becoming a resident, we can see that Mam-in-law is feeling very much at home and is enjoying the trips and activities.

The care staff are friendly and very helpful to us, and the smile on Mam-in-law's face when they speak to her is wonderful and very reassuring to us. Thank you.
