Care Assistant required at Quarry Mount, Swindon.

Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual with a big heart for seniors and those with dementia?

We are searching for a Care Assistant to join our amazing team and work for us, in our warm, friendly, traditional privately owned Residential Care Home in Swindon with a clean, safe, and comfortable home from home environment.


Working for us as a care assistant, you will help create a warm, nurturing, and safe environment and play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to our residents, whom we consider to be like a dear loved one in our own family. Our ethos is "Care with Compassion & Commitment".

Job description

Some of the Job Responsibilities include:

  • To have a genuine passion for caring for seniors and especially those with dementia.
  • To have empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
  •  To have the ability to work flexible hours to include occasional nights to cover holidays and sickness, alongside our compassionate and collaborative team.
  • To have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents providing a high level of person centred care.

Job type: Full Time flexible 36 hours per week to also cover occasional nights for holidays & sickness. Some overtime may be available.

Salary: £11.50 per hour
