Carer

Carer required at Quarry Mount Residential Care Home Swindon

We are a warm, friendly, traditional, privately owned Residential Care Home in Swindon with a clean, safe and comfortable home from home environment.

You will :

  • Provide personal care (wash, dress, feed, incontinence care)
  • Provide companionship
  • You will also focus on a high level of person centred care
  • Support residents and others in general and around the Home
  • Assist with laundry duties
  • Follow all health and safety regulations

Office Assistant

Office Assistant required at Quarry Mount Residential Care Home Swindon

You will :
Assist management with day to day office duties some of which include:

  • Answering the telephone, making calls
  • Booking and organising training
  • Placing orders
  • Sending and answering emails
  • Arranging and booking resident visits
  • General administration duties
  • Using Microsoft office, Work and Excel as well as our own database software

The individual will have:

  • Good telephone Manner and communication skills
  • Office Administration Experience

  • Have a natural ability to connect with people

Job Type: 30 hrs per week with some flexibility for additional hours when required

Salary: £10.00 per hour

Cleaner (Temporary contract)

Cleaner required at Quarry Mount Residential Care Home Swindon for a 12 week temporary contract

We are a warm, friendly, traditional, privately owned Residential Care Home in Swindon with a clean, safe and comfortable home from home environment.

You will :

  • Clean and restock designated areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning, ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
  •  Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
  • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
  • Notify Assistant Manager or Registered Manager of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs,  Report repairs to Premises Manager
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms
  • Cooperate with the rest of the staff
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
